Bei der Entwicklung unserer Schallschutzbox haben wir darauf geachtet, ausschließlich Materialien zu verwenden, die umweltfreundlich sind und keine schädlichen Emissionen oder unangenehmen Gerüche erzeugen. Auf den Einsatz von Mineralwolle als Schallschutzmaterial haben wir bewusst verzichtet.
Dank ihres Gewichts (ca. 50 kg) kann unsere Schallschutzbox Geräusche in einem weiten Frequenzbereich wirksam unterdrücken. Hierzu zählen nicht nur hohe Frequenzen wie beispielsweise Pfeifen, sondern auch Geräusche mit einer Frequenz unter 1500 Hz.
Unser Produkt ist für alle Arten von ASICs geeignet und unterscheidet sich lediglich in der Ausstattung, die es ermöglicht, ein bestimmtes ASIC-Modell in der Box unterzubringen. Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, das ASIC-Modell in Zukunft zu ändern, ist es nicht notwendig, die gesamte Box zu ändern, was die Flexibilität unseres Geräts gewährleistet.
Wie funktioniert eine Schallschutzbox?
Neben Leistung und Effizienz haben wir auch auf den Komfort geachtet. Unser Schalldämpfer ist komfortabel und pflegeleicht. Der Heißluftaustritt ist vertikal ausgerichtet, was eine bequeme Position nahe der Box ermöglicht. Dies ist einer der Hauptvorteile gegenüber den meisten einfachen Schalldämpfern mit horizontalem Heißluftauslass.
Unser Produkt garantiert eine hohe Effizienz bei der Rauschunterdrückung, ohne den ASIC zu beschädigen. Dank der Isolierung der kalten und heißen Zone kommt es nicht zu einer übermäßigen Erwärmung der Späne. Die Lüfter werden nicht überlastet und der ASIC ist auf einem Vibrationspad platziert, was ihre Lebensdauer verlängert.
Für die Wärmeableitung bieten wir auch einen Ripple-Adapter an und für leistungsstärkere ASICs mit einer Gesamtleistung von bis zu 5 kW kann eine Doppelbox verwendet werden. Beispielsweise hat der leistungsstärkste und übertaktete ASIC für eine Doppelbox eine Leistung von 4 kW.
